Ed Eppley
Senior Vice President
Dale Carnegie Training® of Ohio & Indiana
Being recognized as a top-level selling and teaching performer is a regular event for Ed Eppley. A long-time Dale Carnegie Training® trainer, Eppley added Sales Training to his role in 1993. Representing the Columbus/Dayton areas, Eppley has been in the Top 10 worldwide for Carnegie sales for the past 10 years.
The list of Dale Carnegie Training® clients who have contributed to Eppley’s worldwide ranking reads like a “Who’s Who” of business category leaders, companies like BMW Financial Services, UUNET, Applied Innovations, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Huntington Bank and EBS Assets to name a few.
Hailed for years as a skilled trainer by colleagues, clients and students, Eppley represents the core values of Dale Carnegie Training® – serving the business community by helping people in organizations sharpen their interpersonal, leadership, communication and selling skills. Ultimately, he helps develop behavior-based solutions for each participant that work in the real world and result in improved professional performance. Eppley’s success is, in part, a by-product of his belief in Carnegie’s philosophy that people – “The Human Asset” – are the most powerful source of a corporate competitive advantage.
Eppley is an Adjunct Professor at Wright State University and a guest presenter at the University of Dayton. He resides in London, Ohio with his wife and two children. He gives back to his community as Lector at Prince for Peace Lutheran Church, a member of the Jonathan Alder High School Athletics Boosters and serving on the Board at the Springfield Country Club.
